1. How will I receive my files?
After purchase, you’ll instantly receive a secure download link in your email. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account at printnhue.com.
2. What format are the products in?
Most of our products are delivered as PDF files or PNG. They’re high-resolution and ready to print at home or your local print shop.
3. Can I print as many copies as I want?
Yes 
for personal use only. You can reprint your files as often as you like for yourself, but redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not allowed. Teachers are allowed to print for their class students.
4. What if I lose my files?
Your download link is active for 150 days for downloads after purchase, with 7x download times allowed. Please download and save your files immediately to your device or cloud storage. If you need help, reach out via our contact form.
5. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We don’t accept refunds or exchanges. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
6. Can I share my files with friends or on social media?
Unfortunately, our links are exclusively only for our customers but you may share our website link to them for purchase. Purchased files are for your personal use only. Sharing beyond your household, reselling, or redistributing is strictly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions. Please do tag us if you post your art on social media 🙂
7. I’m having trouble downloading. What should I do?
Don’t worry ❤️ Just contact us via the Contact page or email printnhue@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you get your files.
8. Will my downloaded files after purchase have watermarks too?
To ensure all our products comply with our anti-piracy policy, we have added watermarks to our pictures in the gallery. However, after purchase, all downloaded files are watermark-free, providing our customers with clean & meaningful art pieces that can also double as wall art to call their own.
